The NMAAHC requires timed-entry passes — they are free but must be reserved in advance at nmaahc.si.edu. Our entry window is 10:45 AM on Saturday, July 25. Book yours early — passes go fast.
Register by Thursday, July 16, 2026 to guarantee your t-shirt size, meal selection, and spot at all events. Late registrations may not receive merchandise.
Free parking is available at Bolling AFB for cookout and banquet days. For the museum visit, plan to use the hotel shuttle or rideshare — parking on the National Mall is limited and expensive on weekends.
Bring your best camera or phone — a weekend photography contest launches at Friday's cookout. The official group photo happens at 4:30 PM Friday, so don't be late!
